The project supposes the industrial organization of new varieties of Ivan-Tea using raw materials of willow herb in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra. The innovative aspect of the project lies in the development and implementation of fermentation technology for willow herb in the production of different varieties of Ivan-Tea with useful substances and amino acids to achieve health-improving effect on the human body.
