Making healthy food by dehydration

Brief description of the project the project
The project involves the production of healthy food by dehydration method such as pastilles, fruit chips and dried berries. The method consists in drying stuffs at a temperature of no more than 45 degrees and makes it possible to preserve up to 97% of the useful properties, which distinguishes it from its analogues. Berries growing on the territory of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra such as cranberries, red bilberries, bilberries, cloudberries are used as stuffs.
