With the assistance of the Yugra Technopark, Innovasirius LLC has been included in the register of small technology companies (STCs) of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Thus, there are now 30 companies in Yugra holding this status.
Innovasirius LLC is developing a unique "Anti‑vaping System InnovaSirius: Electronic Cigarette Sensor". This is a fully domestically produced device based on the Russian microcontroller MIK32 AMUR (Mikron) with a modular architecture that reduces operating costs by 3‑6 times. The development has already attracted interest from Rostelecom PJSC and Russian Railways JSC, won the prestigious Polytechnical Towers Fair at SPbPU, and received support from the Academy of Innovators – an accelerator in Moscow.
The official history of the project began in 2022, when its head, Mikhail Gnibeda from Raduzhny, became the winner of the 10th district competition "Young Inventor of Yugra". Now Mikhail is a student at St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, a winner of the "Student Startup" competition, and in April 2026 his company joined the pool of residents of the Yugra Technopark. The young inventor’s development has gone far beyond blueprints – today it is the world’s only anti‑vaping system based entirely on domestically produced components.
Being in the STC register means that companies do not have to prove their innovativeness anew each time – the status entitles them to package benefits and preferences.
Today, STCs have access to: preferential lending, preferences in grant support decisions, tax and administrative benefits, accelerated patent and certificate registration, industrial mortgages, and other support measures.
In the near future, Innovasirius is preparing to join the Skolkovo residents. Now, thanks to its STC status, the company will undergo the procedure in a simplified manner.
